How it is made
Organic cotton canvas upper with reinforced toe and heel. 5 mm natural rubber sole — the thinnest in our range, maximum ground feel. Flat cotton laces and chrome-free metal eyelets. Removable 2 mm insole.

What does a 5 mm sole feel like?
The ground — that is the point. You will notice textures and terrain changes that conventional shoes erase. Surprising for a fortnight; addictive after.
Can they go in the washing machine?
Hand wash with neutral soap and air dry. The canvas will thank you, and so will the sole.
Do they have an insole?
A thin 2 mm removable one. Take it out for even more ground feel.
