Who the Run & Move is for
The Run & Move is built for training: strength work, mobility, HIIT and short-to-mid distance runs. Zero drop and a 4 mm rubber sole let you feel the floor in every squat and every stride. No soft platforms wobbling under your feet.
Honest warning: if you heel-strike hard when running, transition gradually. Barefoot running changes technique, and that takes weeks, not days.

Frequently asked questions
Are barefoot shoes good for strength training?
Arguably their best use. A thin, firm sole lets the foot grip the floor and transfer force without loss. Many lifters train barefoot for exactly this reason — this is the same, with protection.
Can I run in them from day one?
If you already run in minimalist shoes, yes. Coming from high-cushion trainers, start at 1–2 km and add 10% weekly. Foot muscles and calves need time.
How do they differ from the Urban Step?
The upper: Run u0026 Move uses technical mesh with midfoot support for lateral moves and sweat. Urban Step is microfibre with everyday looks.
